Return Of Employer (Form E)
What is Form E?
- Declaration report submitted by every employer to inform the IRB (LHDN)
- The number of employees
- The list of employee’s income details
- Not later than 31st March every year
IMPORTANT!
If you fail to submit Form E;
- Liable to a fine not less than RM200.00 and not more than RM20,000.00
- Or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months
- Or to both under the Income Tax Act Section 120 (I)(b)
