Starting 1 September 2024, the e-SPC function has been enhanced to ensure the confidentiality of taxpayers’ and employers’ information.
- Employee Identification Numbers and Tax Identification Numbers (TIN) must be input for every e-SPC application for data verification purposes.
- Employees can print the TIN Notification Letter via MyTax > Profile > Information Display > Print.
- e-SPC can be submitted using the following roles:
- Individual
- Employer and employee information will not be pre-filled.
- Complete employer and employee information must be entered.
- Employer / Employer Representative
- Employee information will only be pre-filled if there is a Potongan Cukai Bulanan (PCB) with the respective employer; and
- If there is no PCB, employee information must be entered manually.
