Mandatory Implementation of e-CP22

1. Submission of new employee notifications via e-CP22 by employers will be mandatory from September 1, 2024.
2. Authorized individuals designated as employer/representative roles in MyTax can access e-CP22. Tax agents can access e-CP22 using the Tax Agent (TaeF) role starting August 1, 2024.

Submission Format for e-CP22

Submission of New Employee Notifications via e-CP22 can be done through the following methods:

1. Web form input; or
2. Bulk data file upload in .txt The bulk data format can be downloaded from the e-CP22 application.
